If for any reason you need to return an item please do so within 14 days of placing the order. We will issue a store credit, exchange, or a refund for the full amount less the shipping charges. Make sure that the product you return is in its original, undamaged packaging, including all tags and inserts. (We charge a 25% restocking fee if the product has been opened.) Unfortunately we cannot accommodate returns for special orders, items which are drop shipped, and oversized items. (In our product descriptions you will find whether an item falls into one of these categories) We will replace at no additional cost any product which arrives damaged at your doorstep. Please inspect all packages promptly and report to us damages which occurred during shipping. Keep all packaging and shipping materials. Please send to us all items to be returned in or with the original packaging. Include your name and address, your phone number and the original receipt.
